"If you can get over the check-in which is painfully slow the place is a good value for the money. The older gentleman at the front desk has had his best years behind him and tries his best to check you in with the limited resources he has to do this. Instead of getting upset about the time it is taking show some compassion for him. If he comes by your room later to make sure you have the correct number of guests in the room once again do not take offense, I'm sure this is the way he has been...

"To start, when I showed up they gave my room to someone else. So they downgraded my room and refused to give me a discount for it (I already payed in advance.) My doors swipe mechanism didn’t work.
