"Pillows were terrible. The thermostat and the ac fight each other - they aren't connected. The furnace heats the rim up then the ac kicks in and cools it down. Then the furnace heats it up. It was an uncomfortable sleep due to the temperature and pillows. I've never seen such a small hotel room in Canada, and thought it was over priced for such a tiny room. The staff were good. The breakfast was ok - eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt."

"Had nothing but issues as soon as I got to the hotel I found there was no hot water in my room. They moved me to another room where it turns out same problem. Went down to the hot tub even that was cold since it is run off the same pump. I was told it would be fixed the following day which it was not so they moved me again to finally have hot water. Then after talking to the most unprofessional manager I have ever met I was told I would get a discount on check out day. Come check out day there...

"Room was not as clean as my last stay, couldn’t use the coffee machine as the plastic tie on the plug wasn’t removed and the day before checking out I was exhausted and found 2 black bugs on my bed… looked like a type of little beetle idk.. told staff on checking out… not even a sorry.. anyway will not stay again"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. I was traveling with my spouse for business. Check in was a breeze with very friendly staff to welcome us. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was good and the servers were very friendly. They’re conveniently located right off Highway 2 with restaurants nearby and there was spacious parking in the rear for our truck and trailer. Will definitely stay here again."

"Excellent hotel, only 2 suggestions for improvements: Pool and fitness room could close stlighly later on week ends at least. 10 pm is too early. Additionally, please offer more choices for the coffee in the room and in the breakfast."
