"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). "We spent a week at the Halepa Hotel while visit Crete for a wedding. The hotel is beautiful and well located, we great amenities and the most wonderful staff. The food and drinks we had in the hotel were fresh and well priced and it was lovely to be able to eat breakfast outside in the garden. We also loved the rooftop bar and lounge area with the jacuzzi/pool and wonderful views of the coast. "
