"Parking the only issue. Had to walk up a significant hill and over 6 blocks away to park my car. You must check in early to make sure you get a spot because very limited spaces on site."

"Ein 5 Sterne Hotel trifft auf den vorgefunden en sozialistischen Betonbau nicht ganz zu. Es fanden überall Bauarbeiten inkl Gerüste auch neben unserem Balkon statt. Die Geräusche des Presslufthammers ließen uns bereits morgens die Flucht ergreifen. Am Abend mussten wir feststellen, dass die Aussenpools teilweise geleert wurden und Reparaturmassnahmen stattfanden. Am 2. Tag wurde sogar die Lobby teilweise gesperrt und teilweise Fliesen aus dem Boden geschlagen. Warum werden solche Arbeiten nicht...

"We had a great room overlooking the sea with an enormous comfortable bed, but thats where the good points ended. The whole experience was ruined by the staff service. We were not offered tea/coffee when we went for breakfast the first day and when we asked for some it didn't come by the time we had finished our breakfast so we left without having any !!.

"The original building is stunning and a walk into the past. It is filled with antiques and other beautiful ornamentation. However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings.
