"Clean!"

"This is a good and clean hotel that offers free airport shuttle. If I’m not mistaken, shuttle to the airport is every hour. If you show up at 6:45 am, then you can take the 7 am bus but only if you get a ticket. So, show up much earlier if you want to get a ticket. You can wait in the comfortable waiting area or even have breakfast (extra) while waiting. The room I had was clean and of average size. I slept well on the queen-sized and firm bed."

"We had a great room overlooking the sea with an enormous comfortable bed, but thats where the good points ended. The whole experience was ruined by the staff service. We were not offered tea/coffee when we went for breakfast the first day and when we asked for some it didn't come by the time we had finished our breakfast so we left without having any !!. "Room was a good size but the AC went out in the middle of the night. I only reported to the staff at check out since it was around 3AM when I noticed the room got unusually warm. Overall a good property."

"The original building is stunning and a walk into the past. It is filled with antiques and other beautiful ornamentation. However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings. "Amazing pool but did get a little crowded, it’s quite small. Beautiful views from the rooftop and amazing food and beverage service- a great spot to work until your room is ready or before you leave as well. Rooms are spacious - no tv (tvs can be important for local news etc) or mini fridge tho which was hard cus we had medication with us- they offered the front desk fridge but we just kept getting ice. "Had 1 night in Lisbon. Was given our room and 4 hours later (as we were out exploring) asked to vacate and move to a different room due to their error. Hotel forced us to cut afternoon short and return to hotel to move belongings. Only to learn they had already been in our room to potentially move our stuff without our consent, even leaving the door, with all our belongings inside, completely ajar! We’e offered a complimentary drink for our troubles…what a joke"
