"We stayed at the Motel Nomad about 10 days ago and found the room dirty which resulted in a poor review. The manager responded to my review & then contacted myself to make sure this situation wouldn’t happen again. We had stayed another night yesterday and arrived to find a dirty, wet towel hanging in the bathroom. "Room was clean and smelt nice on arrival. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Fresh towels and the blankets for the room hadn’t been replaced when we first checked in at 2pm, but there was a sign in the office saying they apologise that early check-in wasn’t possible that day as they were understaffed, so I understand that they were extremely busy.
