"Traveling with my pet 17 years dog in her stroller. They didn’t let me use their street lift for disabled, Instead I have to use their staircases, 6 at least. So every time I went out and came back I have to up load the stroller with my pet in…. I made my reservation for two reasons: 1) The street lift for my pet stroller 2) My apartment A/C. DID NOT WORK, WAS TOO HOT. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I STAYED AT ULIV PARQUE LINCON AND IT WAS THE LAST TIME."

Glasses were not replaced or cleaned daily, and basic items often had to be requested from the kitchen or bell staff instead of being provided routinely.
