"The parking fee was more than I expected and is a complete turn-off. The entry doors were broken and in need of repair. I'm not a dog fan, and they were everywhere. The room was clean. The view was great. The bathroom was like being a cat in a litter box. The toilet was in the same room as the shower, and the door barely cleared the toilet. Very tiny. The beds were not queen-size, and the sheets weren't crisp and clean-smelling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "

The broken heater to the indoor pool limited our swimming, since the cold outside air was blowing through via the vent fans in the ceiling. Our refrigerator didn't cool our food and drinks very much, nor the freezer produced ice for us."

"Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture. There is also construction on site at times. The place seemed newly renovated which was nice. The issues above didn't prevent us from having a solid stay but just worth being aware of before you book "
