"The place is very run down. The carpet in the entryway to my room had a huge stain on it. The room itself was not carpeted. It had a VERY old run down window unit air conditioner that was extremely loud when it ran (IF it ran!) The bathroom was extremely small with no vanity or counter space. "After reading recent reviews I was nervous. We had two rooms. One room was in good shape. The other was small, the bed was broken, and the shower made a loud ringing sound when in use. The pictures are deceiving for sure. There are only window units and no air conditioning in the main areas of the inn. The staff is nice. And overall the rooms were clean. There are no amenities. "Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the bed was infested with bugs, making it impossible to sleep. By the time I discovered the issue, the front office was already closed, so I had no way to report it or request another room. As a result, I was forced to spend the night sleeping in my car. I hope the hotel addresses its cleanliness standards and provides a way for guests to get assistance after hours to prevent others from having a similar experience."
