We recently stayed with CozySuites at the Showboat Hotel. Overall, our stay had some fantastic highlights, though there are a few operational areas that need improvement. What We Loved: * Beautiful Space & Views: The apartment itself was gorgeous with amazing views. Even though it was a two-bedroom, the layout was remarkably spacious—much larger than expected. * Spectacular Bathrooms: Having three fully equipped bathrooms made a huge difference for our family stay. * Top-Class Communication: The CozySuites team was exceptional. They proactively checked in on us before, during, and after our stay, and answered prompt requests (like extra towels) right away. Areas for Improvement: * Long Check-In Wait: It took roughly an hour in line just to reach the counter. Early notice about peak wait times would have helped us plan better instead of wasting time waiting. * Luggage Cart Shortage: Carts were extremely hard to come by during both check-in and check-out, adding unnecessary delay and frustration to arrival and departure. * Furniture Quality: The furniture in the unit was bare-bones and mediocre—tables wobbled significantly under slight pressure. Sturdier furniture would match the quality of the rest of the space.

Decent Stay

Furniture in bedrooms was sparse. Beds were not very comfortable. Shade was not hung in one bedroom which meant early wake up. Sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged, but fortunately there was an extra bathroom. However, the condo was very clean and the kitchen and living room was nice with comfortable seating. Would have been nice if the bedrooms were smaller and the common space bigger.

Cozy suites was perfect for our girls weekend. Love the location, the cleanliness and how spacious the condo was. A little noisy at times, but other than that loved our stay. Also the owner is very attentive and excellent with communication.
