"Dede was welcoming, the lighthouse room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was large. The breakfast was unexpected (I didn’t recall reading that) and fantastic. The rooms are on the second floor so you do have to haul luggage up stairs. Also, Expedia had no mention of air conditioning so I called the facility, and they do indeed have AC! The only thing I would add are more outlets by the bed. I would definitely come back if I find myself in the area again."

"My wife and I went to Carlisle PA for the weekend antiquing. We stayed at Phrasant Field B&B. The house a d grounds are beautifully maintained. The room we stayed in was welcoming and very comfortable. The bathroom had a bathtub, something I look for in a room. Breakfast in the morning was a broccolli and cheddar quiche that was excellent. The service was top notch. The family run B&B is a definite place to stay and relax and we will be going back!!"

"A unique and historic building..our room had a wonderful view of the 'little' falls bordered by beautiful brick buildings harking back to the days of the woolen mills. staff was extremely helpful and kind with all of our questions and requests. very nice set up for their continental breakfast and made for easy conversation with other guests in their large and airy conference room that also is used for eating in the morning."
