"Palais Moulay said was absolutely excellant. We had a great stay. Honestly it was fantastic value for money. Really central to the main medina, literally within minutes you were right in the center. The riad was beautiful...breakfast was exactly what you would hope for, great choice. The staff were amazingly helpful. We couldnt fault it. I have no idea why it has received the negative views that might put you off going. Thank you so much for the best of stays."

"I travel all year for work and this is the worst hotel i have ever been too. Staff are rude and dont care! Rooms are dated and everything in room was broken including tv, balcony, door iron and safe. Told management but didnt really care Spoke to General Manager Muhammed and he was worse than his staff. Told me he would give me a discount when i go back to hotel as if i ever would. He was rude an arrogant. The changed our room 3 times in 3 days which took hours to do but he couldn't see a problem with that. Rudest General manager iv ever encountered. Pool area is nice with DJ playing but staff just dont care. Im in Marrakech every year and its amazing. Arab culture is so welcoming but this hotel is the opposite. Even every taxi we got in agreed that all they ever heard was problems with this hotel. No wander it has changed names 4 times in past 20 years. Btw is fully under construction but in there true sneaky way they dont tell you. Reception was full of people complaining and all you could hear around the pool area was people with issues with hotel. This was not unique to me. Reviews must be manufactured or fabricated. U must visit Marrakech it is amazing but if you stay at this hotel your trip will be ruined."

"On arrival we received a Free Welcome Pack & Free Drinks. Extremely good & exceptionally high quality Luxury Hotel. The location is fantastic, minutes walk to the city centre. Amazing to see how CLEAN & Polished this place is and smells like Roses. "

"The owner of this property takes special care of not just the unit but also the needs of his guests. I travel a great deal and am a proponent of supporting individual property owners vs. enriching large corporations (hotels). I can easily classify this one as one of top 5 places where I stayed, and I’m usually not easy to please."

"Staff cannot do enough to ensure comfort and calm. Sourced onwards taxi quote and drew me a map to local shop! Room absolutely spotless - fantastic nights sleep. Prepared a tasty omelette when my incoming friend’s plane was delayed and she reached hotel later than expected. Gorgeous sofas and marquetry in reception area."

"A real shame. The hotel looked a bit tired. Can stop thinking about the £10 they charged me for a coke and the fact there was nothing available but a £40 lunch buffet which I regretted as soon as I sat down. There are better places for the money."

"Stunning boutique hotel with attentive staff and a delicious French restaurant. The grounds are gorgeous and the main pool is the longest and most picturesque I have ever seen. Spectacular!"
