"I booked this studio apartment at Agate for 5 nights as it was near the airport for work. When I contacted the management two days before check in I was told there was a problem with the apartment and that I would be moved somewhere else, they would only tell me when I arrived in Marrakech. When I arrived they gave me an address for the apartment which was a lot further away on a building site, all the other apartments were empty or still under construction including the swimming pool. "Clean, good location, very nice and friendly staff."

"Excellent experience all around. Would sincerely recommend"

"The hotel is located close to Marrakesh train station which is very convenient. Excellent service from beginning to the end. Full breakfast provided with a lot of vegetables and fruits. Waiting for a room we used rooftop restaurant and swimming pool service. During the breakfast customer service representative asked if we need anything. Great hospitality and service, clean spacious rooms with quiet AC. Strongly recommended"

"Amazing service, nothing was too much to ask. The pool and spa were amazing. Loved the privacy of the cabanas but still regular drinks and food service. The breakfast was so delicious and loved the effort the staff made everyday. Our daughter loved the pony ride and the play area. It was great that it was so well catered to kids without being “kiddy” at all, you felt like you were still getting a luxurious adult hotel feel."

"I enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful Riad. The staff was especially was so accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. The day we were leaving we had to leave at 7, despite breakfast starting at 8:30 they made sure the we left with something eat."

"Fantastic location, just minutes away from the city centre. Very delicious and huge breakfast. This hotel is very clean and the rooms luxuriously decorated."

"Top notch service! It’s an adults only hotel which is nice to get away from screaming and crying on vacation! I almost forgot my iPad and one of the staff chased me down to make sure I didn’t forget it. Such a good hotel, I won’t stay anywhere else when I come back to Marrakech"

"This boutique hotel is in a superb location within walking distance of most tourist attractions and is on a quiet, pedestrian street with no passing traffic. Our double room was small with no real closet space, but the bathroom was functional and modern. We stayed for three nights and lived out of our carry-on suitcases, which wasn't the end of the world. Breakfast (included with our booking) was a modest assortment but the serving ladies helpfully made toast, and eggs any style, on request. The...
