"Helpful and friendly welcome from the staff. It is a great budget-friendly place to get your head down for the night. It is very central but was tucked away enough to feel safe. Be aware that it can be quite cold. There was some litter left on the floor in my room when I arrived. Bathroom was lovely and clean, however. Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host. Once the information was submitted, followed by a secondary transaction of a significant sum in the reception to act as damage waiver, we were finally granted access to our room.
