The location was ideal, with easy access to entertainment, food, and the city center. The host was wonderful. It was the perfect base for exploring Nottingham, and I truly appreciated the quiet comfort of the space after busy days out. "First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. "Visited for a 2 night stay visiting family. Room was lovely and fresh and clean. Reception all friendly and helpful. Bar staff very very good. Housekeeping that i bumped into also friendly and polite Didn't actually eat in the restaurant but did have a couple of pints both nights, with some chips, and a choccy brownie with icecream the 2 night. Both delicious. Went as a solo female traveller with mobility issues and felt safe and secure at all times Plan to def stay again in the future "
