Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host. "Lovely stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Really convenient for The Royal Concert Hall for someone with limited mobility. Whole hotel is a little tired, but was clean and facilities were excellent. The bathroom in the room was well proportioned but the toilet was situated under a grab rail which made it virtually inaccessible for a larger person, sitting sideways was the only option. The restaurant was lovely, but was under staffed, there only appeared to be one (lovely, helpful)...
