"The staircase going up stairs had some kind of odor and the walls in the room had stuff all over it and the bathroom sink and shower looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned. I forgot something in the room when I checked out and asked if I can get a key or something to go back in and the fro desk told me there was staff on the floor to ask them I did ask them and explained to them what happened and what the guy at the desk said and they ignored me and went back to work so I called the other person...

"Very good breakfast! One negative was in bathroom. Full length mirror across from toilet was not needed!"

"The parking lot is in terrible condition; large pot holes all over while pulling into the facility. The pool area/ outdoor patio was dirty. The work out room had one broken treadmill and again seemed dirty. There was plastic around the windows flying in the breeze. The housekeepers did a good job in the room. Not sure Hilton would like it’s reputation associated with this Hampton Inn… we have always stayed at Hampton inns whenever we travel, but this facility has made us question this...

"No warm or hot water in shower or kitchen sink told front desk they did nothing for me didn’t move me rooms didn’t offer refund they wouldn’t even answer me "

"The Internet doesn't work. I was able to get Baymont Internet every so often. Because it would keep kicking me off. But everything else was excellent!! "

"The room was dirty. The floors, the walls, the bathroom all dirty. There was stink bugs in the rooms. The only reason we didn’t leave and just drive home was because of the severe weather. The pool was also dirty and appeared very cloudy. "

"The bed was nice. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including the bathroom outlet outlets. The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel."

"Gentleman that checked us on was very nice and outgoing. Room was comfortable and quiet. The courtyard in the back was a nice amenity as it was a warm spring evening out and we were able to have pizza and a beer out there while letting our new puppy explore the great outdoors."

"Only good thing about this place was the female staff. I should have checked the rating and description better before I booked it. Room smells, towel very very dirty with stains, no hair dryer rentals, and u less youg et the superior room, you do not get a fridge and a microwave. "

"Angela at the front desk was amazing. We had a party of six with my family and needed a few extras for the room. Angela was excellent and most accommodating!! as far as amenities, the pool and cleanliness of the hotel were fair. Our room specifically didn’t have a shower curtain on when we got there and there were food splatter all over the wall walls in the kitchen."
