The room was one of the renovated rooms and was clean and enough room for 2 people.
Hotel is in great location for downtiwn and Viaduct Basin - plenty of shops and place to eat. Staff we dealt with were lovely and helpful. Gym and pool were good. My only thing I needed was a full length mirror in room so could check out attire as we were going to wedding. Otherwise stay was good, no complaints.

Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were nice.
We arrived quite early before our check in time as our flight was early, the staff let us shower and get cleaned up in the pool area and held our luggage! Absolutely lovely service. Great room and location
Clean, great location, fabulous lap pool and hot tub, and fitness room.
Layout of lights and outlets and closet shelves not well thought out, but everything else made up for that inconvenience.
The room was well looked after - everything you need was supplied.
Coffee, tea, sugar and milk always restocked.
Everyone was friendly.
The hotel is very conveniently located.
It was at their sister hotel in Wellesley Street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was superb and very well appointed. Breakfast in the Forester was a great experience.
Most amazing bed! Didnt want to get out!!! Fantastic shower pressure, best ever! Great location and quiet. Most gorgeous towel display on the bed. Very happy!

Thank you, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were lovely, helpful and nice.
We did find a couple of things about the room. There was obvious stains on the roof in the bathroom and some ammenities like the conditioner were empty. However everything else was fine. Thank you again.
My friend and I enjoyed our stay at The Chancellor. The staff are helpful and our room was clean with nice shampoo and soap provided. The hotel is within walking distance of the ferry harbour, train station, shopping mall and supermarkets. :)
