The room was one of the renovated rooms and was clean and enough room for 2 people. Hotel is in great location for downtiwn and Viaduct Basin - plenty of shops and place to eat. Staff we dealt with were lovely and helpful. Gym and pool were good. My only thing I needed was a full length mirror in room so could check out attire as we were going to wedding. Otherwise stay was good, no complaints.

It was at their sister hotel in Wellesley Street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was superb and very well appointed. Breakfast in the Forester was a great experience.

Thank you, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were lovely, helpful and nice. We did find a couple of things about the room. There was obvious stains on the roof in the bathroom and some ammenities like the conditioner were empty. However everything else was fine. Thank you again.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at The Chancellor. The staff are helpful and our room was clean with nice shampoo and soap provided. The hotel is within walking distance of the ferry harbour, train station, shopping mall and supermarkets. :)
