"Second time staying here and once again, it did not disappoint. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything was smooth, welcoming, and comfortable. It truly feels like a place you can relax and enjoy without any stress."

"Limited parking due to many cars being parked. There was a Hostile motorcycle driver who was there in his orange/red bike offering women ecstasy and to stay with him in exchange for the parking spot. There is no security on site. Small Towels provided. They have very thin walls, you can hear everything that the next room are doing or talking about. The curtains dont fully close to blackout the room."

"I guess you don't get much in a city. The first room I was in smelled of tobacco. There no face cloth provided. The elevator was very slow to arrive. I was on the 4th floor. I wound up taking the stairs. Finally the card key stopped working. The master key didn't work either. They gave me a different room. Not much better but it was on the 1st floor! It didn't smell of tobacco. I did get a wash cloth but no top sheet on the bed. It's decor was quite odd. Hard to describe. No amenities...

"I will definitely stay there again. It was easy check in and check out. It was clean and peaceful and near everything."

"We checked in and stayed about an hour before we decided to check out and lose the $600 we paid for the rooms. Everything smelled like cigarette and pot smoke, there were no windows in the room, there was no security lock on the door. There is no lobby. The internet basically didn't work, and we had no cell service in the room. I had to make calls from the parking garage. It felt very unsafe and unclean."

"This is a good bargain stay, just be mindful of the surrounding neighborhoods as some are more safe than others. We really liked that there were tons of bodegas to grab quick bites to eat, easy access to bus and subway, and the customer service was great!"

"The room was clean and spacious enough to move a stroller around. The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops."
