"Great location and great staff !!!"

"Very spacious living space, wonder couch that everyone could fit around, nice that it had two separate rooms. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Wonderful stay."

"great location, Subway station, supermarket, major department stores, ¥190 to Umeda, Nana, doctor's clinics, small cozy restaurants near by. Sound proof room."

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 5 nuits. Le personnel est accueillant et très serviable, l’endroit est magnifique."

"This guesthouse was very spacious and clean. It was great that it was walking distance to the shopping area. What I didn’t like was that I didn’t know that it was. Contactless check in, but I figured out quickly how to get the door key for the guesthouse,"

"It is nicely located away from the tourist chaos of Osaka so a welcomed retreat when feeling overwhelmed. Also very close the major and convenient transit. Would stay here again anytime when visiting Osaka."

"Inedible staff who were polite, sweet, attentive, and beyond helpful. We will come back for the staff alone!!"

"Awesome staff. Clean room. Great hotel. Right by a 7-11, train stations isn’t far. Close to Osaka castle."

"Five stars simply for the fantastic staff. Sandra, Fafa, Ken and Lara were so friendly and helpful. The room was large enough and comfortable. The toilet and bathroom doors kind of opened into each other but that’s a very small inconvenience. The hotel was in a great location close to local attractions as well as convenient stores and the subway."

"I stayed at St Regis Osaka with my 2,5 year old boy. The hotel room was excellent and they allowed me to have in room dining for free for my kid. This made my stay even easier so I can feed my kid before leaving the hotel which was very important to mothers around the world."

"El desayuno estaba súper rico , el colchón de la cama muy cómodo , habitación de buen tamaño y no se escucha ruido de la calle ni de habitaciones contiguas , ideal para descansar después de turistear. el personal super atento. El hotel se ve nuevo, tienes caminando el Osaka castle."

"Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!"

"Easy check in, clean space. Location has plenty of gems around. Safe and quiet."

"覺得要連續住四天才能清潔，其實會讓旅客服務觀感不佳，畢竟我們是付房費了。應該要每天清潔才比較好"

"This hotel was modern and with everything you would need however as a hotel with 4 stars we were extremely disappointed with the breakfast that we paid for in advance when booking and did not even go for the last two days and ate outside the hotel. Quality of food was not what you expected, and it didn’t even feel like it was part of the hotel. No toast, no bacon eggs were runny and any pastries were a day old"
