"THE best hotel I’ve stayed in for some time! It felt like I was in a cozy European hotel. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful. The decor and vibe are inviting and visually appealing, especially in the lobby as you enter and in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and overall the property was super clean. "There was no food at the breakfast bar as they could not keep up with the number of guests to feed in the mornings. The pool water was cloudy and the deck was full of hair and even toilet paper bits were found on the pool deck. I found a band aid floating in the pool water as well. The hot tub water was dirty as well. The good thing to report was the gym- it had enough free weights and the cardio machines were working. However, there was no water in the water cooler to use as it was empty. ...

"Positives: it was about -17 outside and very worm inside, toilet worked and relatively clean, beds were OK, tv worked. Negatives: microwave was not rotating and rusted; there were no place to hang outside closes; towels were on microwave and not in the bathroom; door did not have lock inside, only outside; there were no internal phone or any way to call management; internet was locked and password was not provided; lamp on the night stand was broken, no USB ports. "

"Honestly at first I didn’t like it . But when I actually stayed in the room I started to lighten up. My girlfriend did join me and I was concerned with the rooms being so close that we would be heard…non the less my girlfriend was still comfortable. I came to realization that this booking is definitely a great spot, I would re book again in the future . We just happened to stay the same weekend as the Iran protest/prade . "

"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "
