"My first room smelled weird and the toilet didn’t work. I called it in and they sent maintenance to unclog it. I went for a swim, the pool area was lovely, went back up and had to use the toilet again and it did the same thing. I called down and they questioned me about it, and as they were about to send maintenance again, I told them I just need a new room. It was 10:00pm at this point and i was done. The put me in a similar room and I had no issues. The hotel and rooms were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was in a nice location with great bars and restaurants down the street. I felt safe walking and using the electric scooters. It was at the end of 6th street on the part that you are still safe walking along. Aside from the toilet issue, I would stay here again."

"Staff here were great, extremely helpful got us checked in within 5 minutes, anytime we needed anything they were happy to help, absolutely lovely place, rooms are clean, bed was extremely comfortable, room was slightly on the small side but was more than good enough"
