"While this is a beautiful old hotel, it does come with some issues. The HVAC in our room did not work. We asked 3 times to get fixed. Luckily the windows can open but the street noise was very loud. The shower was nice but water splashed everywhere due to the small glass door and very slippery. Dated but full of charm. Not a 5 star but perhaps a 4."

"Convenient to the terminals (can easily walk, even with baggage). Places to get food in the area as well as in the hotel. Clean. Modern. Good bed."

"This hotel has just been taken over by new owners the staff were saying, so are putting a lot of money into it to get it up to 4 star. The staff were so helpful, my room was great ,and with the improvements it'll only get better. What a location too, loved we were looking out over the ocean, and an easy walk into town. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back."

"Rooms are newly renovated. Bed was really comfy and room 6 very spacious for a classic hotel. No fridge or coffee making facilities in room. Fantastic breakfast included at 4 Doors Down cafe owned by the hotel."
