Front desk staff was very welcoming, was able to choose a room location. The room was not clean- crumbs were visible on the floor when i entered and were not cleaned throughout my 3 night stay. Room was run down and carpet was sticky. Bed frame was dusty near the head and hairs from previous guests ...

The pool was broken. I chose this spot due to the pool. The staff was so kind, I felt uncomfortable complaining. They had nothing to do with it. Expedia or the hotel should have let me know in advance.
