"The rooms were ok pretty clean but for being so new already had grout missing in the tile. If you are staying for a rugby match 10/10 on location. If there for the city and you do not have a car it is not an ideal location. Luckily we had a rental car so it was perfect for us."

"The room was great, the staff was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast really good, they have plenty of options. There is only 1 person working at the spa so me and my wife had to schedule separate massages. Maybe it’s because of the day, me and my wife stayed on a Tuesday. If you don’t mind that tho, this place is great and really beautiful to walk around inside and outside the property."

"Wonderful staff, very helpful and especially patient with other guests who didn’t know how to behave. Nice upgraded room with view of the river. Only problem was the elevator broke but the helped move our luggage down two flights of stairs. This is a great location if you are visiting old town. Everything is within walking distance. "Aucune climatisation dans la chambre pendant les 4 nuits où j’y ai séjourné et il faisait trop chaud. La chambre était propre. Le personnel accueillant. Le déjeuner au restaurant pendant 3 jours était assez varié. Je n’y suis pas allé pour la 4 ième journée car je devais quitter l’hôtel à 6 h 15 et le resto était fermé à cause du congé férié. Le personnel m’avait préparé quelques denrée pour apporter. J’ai pu prendre un jus et un cafè avant de quitter. Ce fût apprécié. "

"Very nice hotel and staff was excellent. We booked a Jr Suite with river view, which was plenty large for France, however the road below is extremely busy and very loud. There is also very limited privacy in the bathroom. Shower is wide open and the toilet area has smoked glass providing limited privacy. "
