"It’s a nice property, but I wouldn’t say it’s first class. It is very family friendly, but the room is what I would call Soso. There are no such thing as Terry cloth robes the restaurant bourbon steak really not a place you want to go to it’s mediocre steak to say the least place is a bit dirty. I think they’re having a little problem with language barriers not too many people spoke English properly, so that was a problem so be prepared I would practice your Spanish before you go long lines in...

"Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. "

"Room was pretty standard. TV had good quality and good channels selection. Shower door was weird and shower was small. Water has an odd color to it. Limited food choices, especially for children. Check- in desks were in an odd place. Elevator was crowded and difficult to use at times due to security feature requiring key card to go to guest floors. People sometimes missed their floor stops because they could not get to the card reader due to crowded elevator. "
