"Parking was interesting insight there is very minimal and for some reason they had the drive by the main entrance blocked off so I had to drop my daughter off back out onto Phillips Ave. and drive around the the section while she went to ask where to park. They do have underground valet parking for $15 a night or we were able to park across the street in a back parking lot free Friday, Sat, and checked out on Sunday. "This is an older unit, I would say 40-50 years old, not maintained. Hall carpet grungy, common area wall covering out dated and damaged. Common area air was stale and smelled of cleaning solutions. The number one complaint I had to check out because of bed bugs, not only my unit but others checked out due to bed bugs. The place needs to be shut down remodeled and repaired. Find some place else to stay, yes it is convenient to the hospital but not worth it. Did I mention the bed bugs? "

"No management/staff are at the Settle Inn, so you have to walk to the Super 8 for that. Sheets were dirty; Super 8 supplied new sheets. No shampoo, conditioner, or soap in room. Half the light bulbs were burned out. WiFi wasn’t working, and the Super 8 staff wasn’t able to fix it (required management who wasn’t there). So that means TV didn’t work, either. "We stayed two nights. Both mornings there was a hand-written note on yellow notebook paper on the fridge in the breakfast area that there was no milk. Two days in a row. Surely management could have sent someone over to Target to buy a gallon. Breakfast serving counter was not wiped and a large overflowing bowl of yogurt was always present."
