"This hotel is perfectly located, steps from restaurants, bars, parks and the Sioux Falls. We brought our dog — so dog friendly!! Everyone working for the hotel was nice and quick to offer help. The park across the street has a concert every Saturday afternoon. We heard a great bend, had a beer, and mixed with the local residents. What an amazing stay — great bed, room darkening shades, views for days!!"

"The property is old and needs to be updated. Because of the location, we heard helicopters flying into the hospital which is next door. As far as the “continental breakfast “ was concerned, when we went to the breakfast area there were 3 apples and a few donuts. So we would NOT stay there again. Two stars in probably an inflated rating."
