The shower drain had hair in it and the check-in process is a complete nightmare and if that wasn’t bad enough I get woke up at 7:30 am asking me to check out already the individual had tried to unlock my door and come in luckily I had the safety catch on so he could not get in and he repeatedly asked me to check out you check out now and kept saying that one checkout was not until 11 am...
