"Nicest hotel we've stayed at in a long time! We don't usually spend a ton on hotels - we are Microtel - Hampton Inn types. This Home2Suites in West Ashley (Charleston) was phenomenal. Everything was super clean and they had ALL the amenities you could wish for - pool, exercise room, amazing breakfast, all-day coffee. Did I mention CLEAN? My teenagers loved this place so much. "This place is disgusting from the entrance and to the room they gave us. I looked over the room and found urine spot on bed and hair and bugs. The bathroom with hair all over it and ceiling was peeling and falling apart. I left and went to front desk told them we were not staying and they refunded the room and parking automatically. The parking is a joke they charge you for parking and the lot is not sufficient for the disgusting hotel. I would never stay there."
