Our train from Paris was cancelled and so we needed to reduce our nights stayed, and he was very unhelpful and rigid despite Hotels.com contacting him and offering to reverse all charges/commissions."

There is an on-premise parking with limited spaces so make sure you contact hotel for it specifically and ask them to book it for you."
