"What a lovely surprise, everything as described super friendly, attentive staff, beautiful room. The attention to detail exceptional. The conservatory a triumph, in fact the whole expe1rience was amazing.

"Excellent staff went out of their way to help. However not really dog friendly, totally understand that dogs not allowed into restaurant and normally quite happyvto eat in the bar, but only one table really suitable to eat at. If you were not lucky enough enough to get this then you either had to sit at a very small table just big enough for 2 plates that was at knee hight so not very relaxing or you had the large very comfy sofas and a small coffee table again not ideal to eat at. "The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. The restaurant had a lot of dogs, which isn’t too good in a restaurant. The breakfast cup was very stained, so I had to get it swapped, but the food was very nice, with a lot of choice. Staff were very friendly, and we had a good laugh with them. "
