"Beautiful and comfortable home. The listing was a little incomplete so it was unclear exactly what we were getting but pleasantly surprised. One very confusing experience is they never mentioned an actual couple lives on-site and are the hosts. They came by when we got there and were very kind and accommodating. It just would have been helpful to know they would be there. The listing said it was entirely self check-in. "

Staff were nice, but we didn’t get any information about the area or available activities. Also the restaurant was closed for 2 nights for private event - which is fine, but then the hotel should do something for their other guests. We had to complain before we got a gesture with free food. Acceptable with 4 stars, but not 5."
