"Otelin kahvaltısı çok zayıf. Odalar sigara kokuyor"

"Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar Uğur, Barış, Gökhan, Yusuf son derece yardımcı oldular. Çok teşekkür ederiz."

"Hotel basico, c’è tt quello che serve. Molto buona la colazione. In centro, quindi ottima posizione. Per una o due notti va benissimo. Stanza enorme super comoda"

"Çok temiz ve insani olarak mükemmel insanlardı yardımsever"

"Chambres sales, mauvaise connexion wiifii, petit déjeuner fini avant l'horaire indiqué."

"Very welcoming staff."

"Erzurum Palandöken kayak alanına yakışan bir otel. Erzuruma has yemekleri çok nefis. Personel çok iyi. Oteldeki bakım tutum üst düzey."

"This is what is called a business man’s hotel. Very plain but everything we needed, including helpful staff, was provided."

"Friendly People."

"Çalışanları iyi"
