"Every think was OK"

"Only giving it 4 stars because when we entered the room, the floor was extremely wet with puddles in several areas. It seemed like it had been cleaned but not properly dried, and my kids almost slipped. I was also expecting a larger play area based on the photos. That said, we still had a great time, and the pool was definitely the highlight of our visit."

"Very relaxing place. It’s clean but did see a few insects inside the room of questionable origin. Overall we had a nice stay. Beds comfy, lots of toiletries. The pools are clean. Water crystal clean. Would recommend."

"I came into town for one night and accidentally left my GoPro in the room. I was already in California by the time I called and they had found the camera and shipped it to me immediately after my postage paid pre-addressed envelope arrived. I was very thankful. Additionally, the property could not have been more clean. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means but if cleanliness is your priority, everything else was fine. No bells and whistles but HONEST, clean, and safe! Thank you 🙏!"

"This is such a perfect place to go to Joshua Tree. It very closed to several restaurants and supermarket. You can get free flow of ice cube during summer and you get an intercontinental bfast (no butter for the bread but it's fine 😁). All in all, we are so pleased with our stay there. "

"I checked in pretty late and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a decent little snack store and a decent breakfast in the morning. The morning staff was also very helpful and granted me a late checkout that I unfortunately didn’t end up utilizing. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll definitely look into booking here first. Also in n out is right down the street so, can’t get much better."

"Pros: Staff is very kind and accommodating! The swimming pool is very nice and heated and the jacuzzi is nice too. Lake is pretty. Cons: Continental breakfast is literally just fruit, hard boiled eggs, tea/coffee, and some not very good pastries. Disappointed with the breakfast. Also the fitted bed sheet kept coming off the bed after we untucked the main blankets because it’s so thin (I can’t sleep with the big blankets tucked in). The hand soap bar in the bathroom is not good it leaves a waxy...

"The room was half ass cleaned. There were no pillowcases on the pillows, the air conditioner filters were dirty as all hell, and the shower was so freaking noisy and water pressure was literally me zero!"

"Strawberry Creek Inn is a cute place to stay in Idyllwild. I enjoyed the lovely property and the stream that runs behind it. Our room (Ember Lodge) was roomy with nice decor. We had a fridge & microwave. The shower had good water pressure & stayed hot. Loved the soap and lotion they provided and there were plenty of towels. Some things could use improvement: The bed pillows were awful & there's no closet. The sofa & chair in the living room were not comfortable. There was no complimentary...
