"The room was huge & had an echo when talking. TV was 4k, large screen. Air Conditioning was hard to use. No coffee maker in the room. No microwave other than one downstairs in breakfast area. Had to ask for ice bucket to use in the room. Pet area was very small & not kept well. Went down for breakfast at 6:30 am. Regular coffee was not ready. Only had cereal & yogurt available to eat. Suppose to have everything ready by 6am. Believe they may have been understaffed. Just didn't have...

"This is such a perfect place to go to Joshua Tree. It very closed to several restaurants and supermarket. You can get free flow of ice cube during summer and you get an intercontinental bfast (no butter for the bread but it's fine 😁). All in all, we are so pleased with our stay there. "

"This motel is truly a blast from the 50s SoCal past. It is worn out but clean so charming in a different way. The multiple hot spring pools are fantastic. The restaurant served up a delicious and plentiful breakfast. Motel, shop and restaurant are bargains so manage expectations and have a great time!"

"Hotel was great but they gave away my 2 queen room and i had to settle with a one bed room they had available. I had to sleep on the pull out couch which was not comfortable. I booked a more than 6 months in advance and needed a 2 queen room no idea how this happened "

"Lovely, cozy, little cabin… I think the important thing to remember is that it is an old cabin…So some stuff, like the shower, could use a remodel… No complaints though, price was fair, everything works, has heating/ac, hot water, trails are about 1/2 hr walking distance, close to town center…My only suggestion would be to bring extra blankets. They also had this amazing complimentary tea which I will be buying more of. Would definitely book again."

"I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."
