"Great hotel just outside the center of Innsbruck. Easy to walk or bike to the center. The rooms were spacious and had well equipped kitchens. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful with tips for hiking and sightseeing. I was sad to leave!"

"The staff were some of the friendly and kindness I have met along my journeys. The hotel was in the great convenient location, walkable to old town and train station. The staff helped accommodate me and answer questions about the town and transportation. They also had laundry facilities and a nice outdoor terrace."

That last with also a misunderstanding regarding the information provided on the website about that work, made us to ask for a room change. No coffee and tea making (unless you paid for the machine downstairs) and no water provided either.
