"Pool was not open. We were informed that tap water not drinkable. Hotel initially provided 1 small water bottle per guest but we were told any additional bottles were the guest’s responsibility. We feel that the Riad should provide as much drinkable water as required for guests. Staff very accommodating and helpful (Thank you Bouba, Abraham & Mouran). Location of the Riad was within walking distance of most attractions. "

"The property located in Medina. It's special. I had choosen it for more authentic travel. Stuff is very attentive. Speak good English. It's possible to find by Google map, but better to call Riad, and make an arrangement. It's good idea to have a lot of change. Like small bills to pay kids to help you find the hotel. They will be happy. Breakfast is reasonable. Freshly made. "

"Riad Andalla Spa was fantastic. The staff couldn't have been warmer or more helpful. The place itself is beautiful, and a real haven from the busyness of the streets outside. It is also brilliantly located in the Medina, just a short walk to Jamaa El Fna, and the surrounding Souk. We loved it!"

"In the heart of Medina (old town). A 20 minute walk to Jena’s el-Fnaa. Only a 6 minute walk to Bab Aylan as a close/main pickup location for the tours & excursions. The Riad staff was very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfasts were delicious. I would recommend that the guests book their transportation to/from the airport through the Riad. They facilitate the process and provide you with someone to haul your luggage and guide you to the Riad. The streets are a maze and it can be confusing &...

"Aside from not having an internet connection for most of our stay, this was a comfortable and charming riad. To be fair, they did say the internet issue was an isolated issue. However, the staff made us feel at home and super comfortable. Cheihk and Nelly were very accommodating and gave us really good suggestions for dining and directions!"

"insgesamt dunkles Zimmer. Kein direktes Tageslicht, defekte Deckenleuchte, schummrige Beleuchtung im Bad, keine Spiegelbeleuchtung. Kein Stuhl oder sonstige Sitzgelegenheit, nur das Bett. An zwei Tagen ist es nicht möglich, Eier zum Frühstück zu bekommen. Auf die Frage nach dem Preis für ein Taxi zum Flughafen nennt mir der Chef 200 MAD. Nach zwei gewechselten Sätzen mit dem Taxifahrer ist der mit 100 einverstanden. Von einem Riad/Hotel erwarte ich mir Auskünfte, die der Realität entsprechen."
