"I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad. The room was perfect, and the bathroom felt luxurious and spa-like with every detail thoughtfully designed. The service was impeccable from start to finish. I was picked up from the airport, and when the car could go no further through the medina, a member of staff was waiting to walk me the rest of the way. It made arriving completely stress-free. I was welcomed with fresh mint tea, which was such a lovely introduction to Moroccan hospitality. Breakfast each morning was delicious and felt like a truly authentic Moroccan experience. The pool was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the hamman and massage experience was incredibly calming and rejuvenating. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I would happily return."

"From the moment we arrived, Riad Andalla Spa exceeded our expectations. The riad is stunning, full of character, and ideally situated for exploring the souks and enjoying the local restaurants. Our room was beautiful, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. The staff deserve special recognition. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, always available to answer questions and offer guidance. Nothing was too much trouble. They provided excellent advice on getting around Marrakech and were contactable 24/7, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The breakfast was lovely each morning, and the attentive staff ensured we were well looked after. We also used the spa, which was simply outstanding. The treatments were relaxing and rejuvenating, and the spa team were wonderful. We left feeling completely refreshed. Without doubt one of the best places we have stayed. Thank you to everyone at Riad Andalla Spa for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely be returning for another stay and would highly recommend this beautiful riad to anyone visiting Marrakech."

"Our stay at this Riad was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our Morocco trip. The hospitality was exceptional from beginning to end, especially from Mr. Hassan. We arrived quite late, around 11 PM, and had requested dinner in advance. Mr. Hassan personally came to meet us and helped carry our luggage. Since it was our first time there, walking through the narrow alleys so late at night initially made us a little uneasy and honestly a bit scared. Mr. Hassan immediately reassured us that there was nothing to worry about, and his kindness made us feel safe and comfortable. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful, compassionate, and welcoming. Their hospitality felt genuine, not simply like customer service. After only a short time, the same place that initially felt unfamiliar started to feel like home. What touched us most was the care shown when we were leaving. Mr. Hassan packed breakfast for us so we wouldn’t leave hungry, helped with our luggage again, and personally dropped us off at our desired location. It’s amazing that we arrived feeling nervous, but by the end, leaving genuinely felt like leaving home. Mr. Hassan and the entire team went above and beyond. This wasn’t just a place to stay; it became a special part of our Morocco journey and a memory we will always cherish. Highly recommended!"

"Marrakech has countless Riads & hotels to choose from. We spent a few more dollars than usual because we wanted an authentic Moroccan experience that would be our first on this holiday & a good measure of what a really good Riad is. The staff could not be better: they bent over backwards to accommodate us & any requests we had over almost a week. We arranged to be picked up from Marrakech station: the best money we have ever spent & delivered back: terrific. It is not hard to get lost in the Medina (old area): definitely arrange this with them. Their Riad was a near perfect location close to everything: meeting our driver on our tours was only a few minutes easy walk to the taxi/transport area. The breakfast each morning (included in the daily tariff) was delicious Moroccan food: a great ‘heart starter’ for the day ahead. Upstairs cool breeze while eating. Our room was on an upper floor: large TV, 3,000+ satellite channels including YouTube & Netflix! Small fridge but no kettle. The room had a traditional feel to it & homely: quite different to a hotel room. We found it difficult to get the hot/cold water to a cool/warm consistency: we mastered it towards our stay. The AC in the room: we set it to 17c yet it didn’t feel as cool as it should be. We rate our stay a 4.5/5. We would highly recommend this terrific Riad to our fellow travellers. Thx GreyNomads"
