They provided us an adaptor to use during our stay with them. We had a leak in our room, which we didn’t mind as it was not bad and did not affect us, but our room was changed for us without us needing to raise a concern. "Ein kleines feines Riad in unmittelbarer Nähe von den Souks mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kamal der Besitzer ist sehr aufmerksam und hat uns immer geholfen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und für marokkanische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind klein aber zweckmäßig. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse wo man sehr schön sitzen kann. "Amazing palace to stay, with great and friendly staff. The staff went out of there to make me feel welcomed and Marrakesh. They also gave good insight to activities and spots to visit. They also warn you about Hustlers that will try to show you the way to hotel, they charged me $20 for 5 minutes of time (as I sadly found out because I didn’t listen). They are persistent everywhere in Marrakesh and not just limited to the hotels, don’t let them follow you and don’t interact with them. "

"The staff in this hotel are very polite. They have allowed us to check in very early as our plane landed at 7:40 am. Aisha came to pick us up from where the taxi dropped us. They have provided mint tea and cookies as we came in which was a sweet surprise. All in all it was a great experience as the Riad was walkable to the Souks and to the Medina. The room we stayed and the whole Riad were very picturesque of a true Moroccan culture."

I would also recommend you order dinner here - it’s one of the best meals I had in Morocco and you can eat it on the rooftop terrace with wonderful views. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable.
