Không chỉ tư vấn chỗ ăn chơi và còn hướng dẫn tôi tips chơi an toàn tại Hà Nội. Nhân viên còn hỗ trợ tôi đi tour Hạ Long Bay và Ninh Bình. Ngoài ra nhà hàng Rooftop có view Hồ và hay còn mời tôi dự tiệc. "

"Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. "

"The room was excellent for the price, and even had the small balcony (where most space was taken by laundry machine). I enjoyed my stay, it was very relaxing. I was a bit confused if I will find this property, but there is a sign for the property in the main street and just walk to the end of street and you will find it. "Great property if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from old quarter. The rooms are much more spacious and has more than enough room for luggage to be opened up. Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room. Honestly feared the place was going to be locked at this time like many other hotels in old quarter, but the clerk was still there, waiting for my check in. Really appreciate the support! "

"The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk.
