There are restaurants within a 15-30 minute walk, but it was nice to sit down for a while after enjoying a type “A” vacation for the past 8 days! "If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. "

"Beautiful apartment, clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, and toiletries. There are little markets along the street and a large supermarket a few minutes drive away. We had a car during our stay so we were able to get to Belize city in about 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again."
