"This property had an amazing view of the bay and the casinos. The room has everything you could want and more. Staff was highly professional and took care of everything including taking our bags to the room. There is a 7/11 next to the hotel and a grocery store on the second floor amongst other things. One note however is you should make sure you check the room for cockroaches before you settle in."

"The staff were nice and polite. My main concern was the safety. There were no double locks. I didn't feel safe as a solo traveler. I left right away. I told the receptionist my concern but not even an apology was offered."

I cannot blame the one in charge there on her own with so many orders coming in but at least 2 staffs could have been assigned there for a faster service. It took time for food to be refilled too. But over all I enjoyed my stay."

"The pool was closed at 8. Maintenance to the pool was 3rd party. Staff did not have phone or radio access to the person maintaining the pool."

"This property has a delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was very kind. Our room was clean. The hotel provided filtered ice and water which was great. I gave 4 stars because the facility is lacking a business center. I really needed to access a computer for further travel needs and there was not one available. Otherwise, everything was fine."
