Ok, if you want a fantastic place, great location, perfect grab rides to anywhere (our room to Terminal 3 for $5, canā€™t be beat and thatā€™s with luggage) super poc Kim and a few other great helpers, this is the one you want to rent, if itā€™s available. And the roomā€¦very nice, spacious super fast wifi with multiple users and no noise!!! Beds are super comfy, a/cā€™s are fantastic splits, and the location canā€™t be beat. Steps, yes steps away from Okada without paying that price. Fantastic deal!

I wasnā€™t sure how to organize this, so Iā€™ll just share my experience. The apartment itself was great very clean and noticeably cold, which I personally loved since it made sleeping really comfortable. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms, so itā€™s a good option for larger groups. The view is decent, and the pool is very nice. Just a quick tip: donā€™t hang your clothes on the balcony, as itā€™s not allowed (learned that the fun way šŸ˜„). Kim, the contact person, was very kind and helpful throughout the stay, which made things much easier. The only slightly odd part is the building access. You have to enter through the garage, and the lobby is located inside it. It felt a bit unusual at first, but itā€™s really just a minor inconvenience. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely rent this place again.

I stayed here for nine days in August and I would definitely stay here again. The room I rented was nice, comfortable, and not too expensive. They had all the amenities you could want and need for an extended stay. Additionally the staff were all pleasant and professional. It's also in a quiet and safe area of Manila. I had a very pleasant stay in the Philippines and a big reason why was having this place to return to after my daytime adventures in Manila. If you're planning on staying in Manila for a while I would definitely recommend staying here.

We really injoyed the space this place offered our family. It was great to have private rooms for all of us. The things we didn't like about this property was the lobby very hidden tucked inside the parking garage. The other negative was the area around did not offer many resources like shopping or restaurants. I would stay here again, especially with a large group.

I like the unit I rented because of the space layout which includes balcony and a separate bedroom with bath, giving you more space. The property is just across the street of Okada Hotel. Unfortunately, I could not give a 5 star because the internet connection was unstable during my stay and it is important for me to be able to catch important calls coming from my work abroad specially at night. Therefore, I have to cut short my stay. But I see a big potential to the property when wifi is improved and become stable.

The property itself is great, spacious & clean. Downside is no phone network even at the lobby but there is a wifi in the room. No restaurant nearby but u can cook ur food as cooking utensils were provided. Over all our stay is fantastic, close to the airport.

Unit was exeptional, cleanliness was great. Everything that you are expecting for when you stay in a condominium is there, from appliance, furnitures, new soft beds. It's american style condominium. This is a 100 % recommended condominium and would like to make my future reservations with them. Believe me i am a cleaning contractor for vacation rentals. The lady that takes care of the units is exceptional!!!
