"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."

"We stayed for three nights. The location of the hotel is right next to the train station. From there it is just a 10 minute walk to the city Centre. There is nothing about the establishment that I can fault in anyway. We have stayed at many hotels and there has always been something that could’ve been improved but not at this place. Everything from the cleanness of the room to the friendliness of the staff was first class. We will be returning to Chester in the near future and this hotel will be the first one that I try to book."
