Employees go into room whenever they please for no reason. Worst experience ever. We went to celebrate my pregnant wife’s bday, paid for an upgraded room and spoke to property ahead of time. "We booked that place for one night. After a while the host wrote to us not to come and that there were no room available. Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! So, I wonder if the host is a fraudster or simply irresponsible person, who doesn’t update calendar."
