"This is the place to stay!! Everything and I do mean everything was amazing!! From the staff to the breakfast the next morning!! The pool area was clean and the bed felt amazing!! Wish I could give 10 stars!!"

"the last night of my stay was more than horrible! The new room that i checked into on the 17th, room 207 had no working shower and toilet didn’t flush properly. to make matters worse, the people above my room kept me up all night moving furniture around, playing. I’m not sure what all they were doing but i didn’t get to sleep until after 4:30-5 am. I was a complete zombie the next morning at work! "Parking was tricky and was first-come, first-served, and we didn’t get a spot and had to park on the street 2 of 3 nights. One night there were thunderstorms and hail, so the car got a bit damaged. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault, obviously, but we would’ve felt safer parking in the lot and even better if it were covered. Beautiful place and friendly staff otherwise."

"LOTS of codes to keep track of -- for the building, for your room, for the pool. We arrived early and were grateful to have our code updated so we could access our room (it did take a few tries). No staff onsite except for a housekeeper, so it all felt pretty impersonal. Our room had a mildewy smell and after an overnight thunderstorm there was water collecting on the windowsill -- the property manager did assure me they would address that immediately."

"I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile."
