"The stay was very satisfying. The staff was very professional and friendly. They went above expectations - and it showed. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, with nice decorations and furniture in good condition . The ONE item that did not make the grade was the indoor pool. The water was clear - but the bottom was dirty and slimey. Dirt and hair clumps covered the bottom."

"Check in was supposed to be at 3, but when I arrived at 3:40 the room wasn’t ready. They did end up finding me a room about ten minutes after but the sheets and pillows were really dirty and smelled bad. Couldn’t open the window blinds to the room."

"I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile."

During our brief stay for the World Cup, they were incredibly helpful in answering any general questions we had about the area.
