"I had a great stay at the Aloft Downtown Dallas. The location is convenient, and the parking was easy to access, which made arrival and departure stress-free. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The only minor hiccup was the elevator, which had a few issues during my stay, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Other than that, everything was enjoyable, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was great. Very modern and beautifully decorated. Room was large, comfortable and clean.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent.
All the hotel staff was warm and welcoming.
My only complaint would be with the car valets. They were not very attentive, and did not have the sense of urgency that most valets have. When we checked out the valet just handed my husband the keys and watched him load our bags in the car."
