However, hefty resort & daily parking fees plus the applicable taxes for these are a significant extra cost ( 2 days of these were >$123). There’s no complimentary breakfast. This all added to the already pricey rooms makes it not a great value for the $ spent."

"The worst experience I’ve had in the Florida Keys—and I visit often. I wish I could send photos of the conditions of the place. The noise from the air conditioning was infernal; we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. The room was old, falling apart, and filthy. The shower was broken. The towels were dirty. In short—a disaster. I cannot download the photos."

"Hot tub had no heat, Pointe bar only open 1-2 hours in the evenings certain nights. No onsite restaurant. Marina view consists of tall boats in view of ocean. Friendly staff in room was redone."

"All 3 pools were beautiful, I loved the surrounding landscape. The two bedroom / 2.5 bath villa was wonderful. I loved sitting on the villas deck each morning to drink my coffee and enjoy the palm tree ocean view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals! I would definitely recommend. "
