The check in process was fast and friendly, the attendant walked me to my room and showed me around, the room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable, the Lumi Rooftop (its vibe, staff, food and drinks) was absolutely incredible, it’s located in a fantastic location- walkable to many beautiful sight seeing stops and shops (including the 2nd largest ZARA in the world). "I loved this hotel, it made my first Portugal experience so peaceful. I was able to check in before 10am and the reception was beside morning breakfast patio area. Breakfast was included in my stay but started next morning but they kindly offered me to treat myself to breakfast which ends at 10:30am. Plus for the heated towel racks and so many areas outside the room to relax, I kept wanting to come back to rest from the long hours of waking.
