"We had a wonderful stay at the RIU Palace in Cabo San Lucas. All the staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the food at the buffet was excellent. Many different things to choose from. Worked well for a family with different likes. I would definitely consider staying at the RIU again."

"The entire resort was great. Beautiful, great staff, immaculate, and the food was also quite good. We had a great time and plan on going back again. The only constructive criticism I could offer would be that while the resort freely serves top shelf liquor, for some reason the wine that is included is not very good, and the upcharges for better quality wine seems excessive. The only other improvement I would suggest is that while the entertainment staff was very good, more activities throughout...

"The only downside is the airport is pretty far, and it’s a bit pricey for a taxi. Also, the taxi back to the airport was terrible, driver was very inexperienced dangerous ride back. The hotel does not check the taxi driver credentials, not even sure this your lady was certified to drive."
