"Amazing location, amazing views. The staff was very welcoming. The room was very comfy and big.It was nice to have coffee and just walk across the street to the beach. Everything was close by, very walkable and safe community."

"El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación, cumple sus funciones basicas. Es un hotel viejo, los baños estan en condiciones de regulares a malas. La cocina e utensilios son viejos pero funcionan. La sala de estar tal cual se ven las fotos. La regadera estaba bastante sucia cuando entramos ya despues se limpio. Un dia hicieron el aseo superficial "por ahorrar y cuidar el.medio ambiente " De los 4 dias ninguno nos cambiaron toallas. Y al salir del hotel pregunte al señor de recepción si todo bien...

"We were there with our 7 year old son. All three of us thought the resort was amazing. The food was absolutely outstanding. I have stayed at approximately 60 all inclusive resorts and this one had the best food. Delicious filet mignon pretty much every night, yes please! Our room was perfect for us with amazing views. Kids pool could have been a bit warmer, but we got used to it quickly once in. Overall, a great place and we will be back!"

"En la cocina faltaban elementos, eramos 4 personas y tuvimos que pedir que completen porque no de todo habia 4. Ademas para calentar agua no habia nada mas que una olla, y si queres tomar otra cosa que no sea cafe no hay donde calentar."

"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...
